~*~Bloody Sweet Wonderland~*~

As the title of this suggests, I'd really like to start up an Alice in Wonderland role-play. But, since I'm a bit of a twisted individual, things will be different. Darker. It will be more like a survival horror game(xD American McGee anyone?)

Wonderland is under new management, this one not as bad as the previous Queen of Hearts but perhaps worse. A lot more than just heads roll... The once ominous but 'safe' Tulgey Wood is now a bleeding forest where the remains of the tyrants rule are buried and grown into forever injured trees. Which, by their rage for the queen are violent and poisonous, but still under her command. The rose garden has become a trophy gallery where heads of numerous peasants are mounted on rose bushes leading up to the castle. The pool of tears has become so tainted with blood it has taken on a new name. Also, the chess board has become a gory battle royal, where no one survives.
Also, the queen has devised a way to bring brutal deaths to those she finds out the 'true names' of. Therefor, everyone must resort to using the names of places stored on a map from the world outside Wonderland.
Not all rungs are bleak however, named so after the first heroine of the world, a new Alice is dragged down from a mental institution into the world again. To right the wrongs of the Queen.
(yeah the last part is Mcgee xD)

I'll give the characters you make them however you want them to be. Of course, there is the rebels, and those 'loyal.' Those who work for but are never truly loyal to the queen. (if you want them to be though, go ahead~)

I'd like to play the King of Hearts, if you're okay with it, cause I think that role fits his personality very well. He's in a kind of high position but he isn't really suitable for it, because he's too weak and easy to manipulate.

Btw: I'd really wish England as the marchhare. There's a historical quote of Willie II., in wich he says that the English are 'like the Marchhare'...I thought that was very cute and kind of fitting because the Hare and Iggy are both a bit grumpy. ^^

quick question: as the knave, should i go based off of the original alice where he's put on trial for stealing the queen's tarts, or burton's alice who's basically the queen's 2nd in command?
