"You just...Without regard to...I guess not...I just...You surprised me is all!" He quickly finished the rest of his sandwich, and shoveled the salad into his mouth, fighting another blush.

"Without regard to what?" He asked confused as he chewed.

"Me! How do you know I was comfortable with you doing that?" He turned away, "In front of people..."

He frowned. "Dude, it's not like I'm fucking you on the table or some shit." He growled. "It was just a simple peck on the cheek." He stabbed at the remainder of food before sighing. "If you don't like it just tell me right now and I'll just stop."

"Alfred...I do like it...I can't believe I just admitted that, but I do. And I also tend to overreact to things." He sighed, looking down at the table. "Look, I have my reason, and it's a fucking good one at that. Ok? I didn't mean to sound so harsh. I love the attention you give me, and I'm going to stop right there, cause I'm starting to sound like a sappy middle school girl. But do you get it? Kiss me all you want!" He crossed his arms, letting what he'd said sink in.

"So you do like me?" He asked with a sheepish grin as he licked his fork.

He sighed, resigning himself to say it, "Yes, Alfred, I like you."

"Good. So why ya get so pissy over that peck? I mean, you don't have a boyfriend or anything right? Please tell me if I'm barking up the wrong fucking tree. It wouldn't be the first time." He sighed.

"No, that's not it! I'm most definitely single. But, the last person I dated, well, let's say that they were stringing me along, and it was a dare he had to go out with me for a week, then he cheated on me the entire time, and then once the week was up, he fucked me, abused me, and threw me down a flight of stairs before breaking up with me." He shrugged, "I don't tell people I'm gay anymore."

His face became stone. "That's the kinda shit that I hate. I hardly ever go out with men anymore because of that shit right there. I actually prefer doing men. I'm more attractive to them. You wouldn't believe how many supposely gay men's ass I had to kick because they tried doing the same shit with me." He sighed. "I'm going to be up front with you. I like you. I do. You're sweet and sexy as all hell and I think this could work. And I'm completely open about who I'm dating and I don't give a flying fuck about what other people think. Someone tries saying something to you they are going to get my boot up their ass." He said sitting back and frowning.

"I would actually love to see that. You kicking someone's ass. And to be a bit more serious, I believe every word you've just told me. So if you're willing to try to make this work, so am I." He smiled, a normal smile for once. "What do you say, Git?"

"Sure why not, Iggy." He chuckled with a grin as he leaned forward and pecked his cheek again before sitting back down and finishing his food, letting out a loud belch.

"And then you have to ruin the moment with your disgusting American ways." He smirked, throwing his napkin at him.

"Hey some people take that as a compliment." He said laughing as he wiped his mouth.

"I don't! I think it's a show of horrible manners." He picked up his tray to throw away his trash, before stopping and picking up Alfred's as well. "I'll take yours. Are we together now or what?" He turned, "I'll give you a moment to think on it."

He got up and followed him out. "Um... Iggy I've asked you out three times already? Do you really need to ask that question?" He asked with a sigh.

He paused to stop, "You...Have? Oh, well, then, my obvious answer is yes!"

"Good." He said, pulling the Brit close. He pushed some hair out of his face. "So what do you want to do now?" He purred deeply with a smile.

"Whatever you want is fine..." He blushed, but didn't pull away like he normally would have.

He nodded. "We could go see the rest of the festival." He offered with a shrug.

"What is there to see?" He leaned into Alfred's shoulder.

He ran his finger's through his hair. "Not much, but I wanted to check on the booth before I left." He chuckled.

He shook his head, "You could have just said that."

He shrugged. "Sorry.. I tend to lose my head when a hot Brit is in my arms." He chuckled, slowly moving this fingers through the blonde locks.

Arthur leaned into the touch, sighing softly, "You still have fun embarrassing me, I swear."
